Before you get started

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Understand how dispatch support fits into your business.

What does Janxy Dispatch do?

We provide load sourcing, rate negotiation, broker communication, paperwork coordination, and administrative dispatch support for owner-operators and small carriers.

Are you freight brokers?

No. Janxy Dispatch provides dispatch support for carriers. We help you find load options and communicate with brokers, while you stay in control of your truck and decide which loads to accept.

How does your dispatch service work?

We start with a conversation about your equipment, location, preferred lanes, and schedule. Then we search for suitable loads and discuss rates with brokers. You review and approve each load, and we help coordinate the paperwork, pickup, and delivery details.

What documents are required to get started?

We need your carrier profile, certificate of insurance (COI), limited power of attorney (LPOA), MC authority, W-9, and a notice of assignment (NOA) or voided check, depending on your payment setup. We’ll walk you through these documents during onboarding.

Do I choose which loads I accept?

Yes. You retain final authority over every load. You can accept or reject any option presented to you.

Do you negotiate rates?

We communicate and negotiate with brokers on your behalf, then present the details for your approval. Negotiation does not guarantee a particular rate.

What equipment types do you work with?

We support dry vans, box trucks, sprinter vans, and reefers. Tell us about your equipment and preferred lanes so we can discuss the right fit.

Do I need my own DOT and MC authority?

Dispatch support is intended for authorized motor carriers. We review your operating setup and applicable authority information during onboarding.

Do you work with new authorities?

New authorities are welcome to inquire. Available options depend on individual broker requirements and your operating profile; not every broker accepts a new authority.

What is your dispatch rate?

Our dispatch rate is 8% of gross load revenue. We’ll review the included services and payment terms with you in a written agreement before dispatch support begins.

Can I stop using Janxy Dispatch?

Yes—you can let us know at any time by email or phone that you’d like to stop using our service. We’ll help coordinate the next steps, including any active loads, notice requirements, or outstanding fees under your service agreement.

Do you guarantee a certain rate per mile?

No. We do not guarantee specific rates, revenue, or profitability. Rates change with location, equipment, season, demand, fuel conditions, and other market factors.

Do you guarantee loads?

We work to find suitable loads for every carrier we support. Available options depend heavily on your driver’s location, equipment type, schedule, and current freight demand. We’ll keep you informed about what’s available so you can decide what works for your truck.

How do I get started?

Complete the carrier inquiry form with your equipment, preferred lanes, and availability. Once inquiries are enabled, we can discuss whether our dispatch support is a good fit.
