No load or income guarantees

Freight availability and market rates fluctuate. Janxy Dispatch does not guarantee specific revenue, rates, rate per mile, load volume, savings, or profitability.

Carrier responsibilities

Carriers retain control of their operations and the decision to accept or reject every load. Carriers remain responsible for their applicable authority, insurance, equipment, drivers, safety, regulatory compliance, and performance of accepted transportation obligations.

Provide accurate and current information when discussing services and notify us of relevant changes. You should review load details, rate confirmations, and written agreements before committing.

Website content and intellectual property

Janxy Dispatch branding and original website content are provided for learning about our services. Third-party images and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Do not misrepresent an affiliation with Janxy Dispatch.
